Qur'an (Koran) a critique by Ben Winter To understand the Qur’an (Koran) is to first understand its predecessor, the Bible; for under Bible cover resides the props and principals supporting Islam utility. The biblical God very clearly selected a ‘chosen people,’ favored over all other Hebrews or subgroups (Isa. 44:1; Mk. 13:20, etc.). If this determination is truly represented, we ask: how can Islam supersede ‘chosen’ designation? How can Ishmael progeny (Mohammed ancestry) gain access to the ‘promise’ when seed line elitism plainly denies Ishmael inclusion? To answer, we must use Bible text to determine Qur’an credibility; for both Christian and Muslim consider Bible text ‘inspired’ and its principals timely to certain activity. We raise this point to prompt exegetical reason, for awareness to time allows timeliness to pervade our critique as we highlight Islam and Judeo-Christian neglect to the God timetable. In ancient God worship, the ‘chosen people’ existed in covenanted intervals, or ‘Ten Ages’ (Kingdoms) increments; which ancient Ages expired in an orderly fashion as the ‘chosen’ traveled ‘to and fro’ over designated lands (Gen. 15:18). Covenant intervals (Ages) exclude other than a specific seed line; which seed line was destined to recover the righteousness lost in Adam and to realize ‘promise’ fulfillment in the ‘last Age.’ Therefore, prejudice should not be accused this critique without first probing the Covenant timetable limits. If a fair critique can be expected of strict word semantics, then, a Covenant timetable should be seen as basic to sound renderings for the entire ‘legal-historical’ scope (truths reckoned from repeated narration). Jew, Christian, and Muslim legal-historicisms have competed for centuries. Within this competitive reality and notwithstanding legal-historical uncertainty, our critique considers Nooruddin’s Arabic renditions, translated into English by eminent Islam scholars, and including oversight by Nooruddin’s daughter-in-law Amatul Rahman Omar, M.A. Also, we consult the Electronic Text Center Collections translated text at the University of Virginia to effect a greater Qur’an composite. Amatul and Nooruddin were infatuated with Qur’an text. Biased, Amatul’s 58-page Apologetic prefaces the Nooruddin translation with claims of book intellectuality, purity, holiness, and inspiration. The Apologetic contains endless and saccharin tribute to Islam, but it does so through disregard for other legal-historical grants. Reportedly, Mohammed memorized the Qur’an’s 6,348 verse total—a questionable feat, since he died some eight years before manuscript assembly! Amatul’s Apologetic claims Nooruddin to be an 11th son able to recite the entire text; also, she mentions other devotees capable of reciting the book from memory (pg 14-A): “Since the time of Omar (the second Caliph), it is customary to recite the whole text during Tarawih (late night prayer) in the month of Ramadzan.” This exegete cannot believe such to be a common capability—nor would time allow. Fast readers require at least 12 hours to finish the entire Qur’an text. The Qur’an contains little linguistic difficulties other than transliterated omissions. Seemingly, its simplicity would not suggest differing viewpoint; for, it does not evidence symbols and numbers obscurity as does its inspiration, the Bible; but simple parables exist in the Qur’an, much as difficult parables occur in Bible constructs. Expectedly, disagreement appears in degrees of Islam fundamentalism as it does among Jewish and Christian factions. Sects and sub-sects diverge sharply within Mohammedan precepts; prominent among these divisions are the Sunni and Shiite sects. Like Jews and Christians, they look only to a calamitous end and perceived elevation to paradise. Thus, a disastrous end reflects kinship with its violent beginning. Everything has a beginning; but to be complete, potentially speaking, a beginning must inhere ending; for, it is beginning’s nature to emerge from the ending of something else. Such logic applies to any legal-historical content sufficient to inhere beginning and therefore potential ending. But we would not coerce any existential limit on religion, however beneficial such end might appear to a few enclaves; instead, we investigate Islam origins, steeped in Eden genesis, and filled with those principals and principles drawn from Bible sanctions and limits. Thus, in the Qur’an, we investigate a plagiarism taken from Bible repertoire and published in an improper season. Unique in anthropological time, Abraham envisioned special inheritance for one of his eight sons, Isaac. In turn, Isaac awarded inheritance to one of his sons, Jacob, under a new name, Israel; thus, land was distributed to Israel’s twelve sons, The Twelve Tribes, circa 1400 B.C. The Twelve Tribe Nations evolved into Jewish tradition and finally to theocratic conclusion, with parousia (second coming), and in the last Age. Islam overlooks the biblical ‘Ten Ages’ represented as Kingdom intervals in the God-order, but such anti-traditional oddity cannot be explained here due to time and space; suffice to say, ‘Ten Ages’ particulars were sealed until ‘last days’ (Dan.12:9). About 2300 years later to Abraham’s land grant and 1100 years later to the biblical Daniel, Mohammed envisioned further Gabriel contact, designed the Islamic creed, and formed a nomadic band to enforce precepts. Now, Islam endures a yearly pilgrimage (Hajj) to the Kaa’ba sanctuary. In this ambiance, the masses rejuvenate Islam fervor. Mohammed ignored Israel’s ‘chosen’ pertinence; for, recognition would deny legality for his usurpation of the ‘salvation’ expedient. But Mohammed’s neglect indicates more than disregard; allegedly, concurrent with Qur’an origins, other legal-historicisms accuse the prophet of illiteracy and mental inconstancy. Still, Muslims remain dedicated despite their fealty to one legal-historicism while ignoring the other. Enmity increased between the Judeo-Christian-Islam disciplines; bitterness persists now, 1400 years later to Islam beginnings; for all disciplines claim a quasi-favored regard by the Yahweh-Jehovah-God-Allah composite. Outrightly, Judaism denies legality for Christian or Muslim; unconventionally, Christian resolve has weakened and concedes heaven attainment to all three disciplines; resolutely, Islam holds its ground as the true religion. Yet, Islam’s fundamentalism is the more extreme; for Sura 5.33 - .51 exhorts Muslims to kill the infidels, Christians and Jews, who reject Islam or infringe on Holy Land sanctions. We find a subtle ‘propositional truth’ in Sura 17.33, “And do not kill anyone . . .”; this text is often used to soften the above (5.33) extremism; but contextually explicit, Sura 17.33 reads: “And do not kill anyone, the sanctity of which Allah has upheld . . .” Thus, “do not kill anyone” applies only to actions against Islam believers (except for cause)! Unbelievers remain fair game! If Bible instructions own any credibility, two of the three disciplines are without value; else, all three are lost in legal-historical spins. The three monotheisms speak entirely different languages, both linguistically and philosophically. Each is prisoner to ideological uniqueness. With identical beginnings, intuitiveness caused divergence, prompted by legal-historical ethics and ethos. Intuition fallibility is exposed in THE GREAT DECEPTION: Symbols And Numbers Clarified; here, author Ben Winter lifts the veil from symbolic secrecy and details the ‘Ten Ages’ hidden in prophecy; which discovery shatters Islam attempts to bridge the grace (time) allowance (Rom. 11:6). Biblical ‘grace’ semantics are lost in Bible-Qur’an interpretation; for, historically, definition has been perverted to indicate ‘unmerited favor’ rather than true ‘beneficial time.’ Adhering to semantic strictness, THE GREAT DECEPTION penetrates Bible mysteries and introduces light into the misinterpretive haze. Our purpose is not to praise or denigrate one discipline over another but to highlight Bible principals and principles utilized to establish Qur’an celebrity. Bible characters are critical to Qur’an narration. Mohammed’s ancestor, Ishmael, is undeniably a Bible principal, but Bible text amply demonstrates his excommunication from the ‘promise’ principle. Pursuant to Abraham’s defiance of God order, Ishmael was first-born and denied the ‘promise’ birthright—thus, we discover the error in Islam’s extension from seed line sanctity. Qur’an mimicry ignores the precision in Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob blessings. Partial to Isaac, Abraham denied ‘the promise’ to seven other sons and their progeny, including Ishmael and descendants. In turn, Isaac awarded inheritance to Jacob (Israel) and his progeny. With this action, Isaac denied the ‘promise’ to another son, Esau, together with Esau progeny. Despite Ishmael’s disfavor, Islam holds the Bible to be inspired; yet, Ishmael’s biblical denial depreciates Mohammed credibility! We begin our Sura-by-Sura critique by selecting the most representative verse from each Sura (Chapter). We include Bible reference and Ben Winter contextual comment when applicable; we do so to connect Judeo-Christian-Islamic stimulus and to broadly note the entire Sura context. We illuminate the impracticality in promoting Islam as a ‘Religion of Peace’; but we shy away from misrepresentation. Islam ‘peace’ propaganda can be charged to Qur’an and Bible neophytes, uninformed politicians, unprincipled clergy, or a blend of all three. Suras 5.33, 9.29, 33.61, and 47.4 instruct Muslims to kill Christian and Jew (infidels), though modernly misdirected via believer sanctions in Sura 17.33. It was Omar, Third Ruler of Mecca, not Mohammed the first Ruler of Mecca, who assembled Qur’an subject matter--some accredit Abu Bekr. Allegedly illiterate and ailing, Mohammed could not have written the Qur’an. After Mohammed’s death in A.D. 632, materials were gathered from the several scribes at Omar’s disposal, reportedly 42; he is said to have edited and finished the Qur’an homilies circa A.D. 640. So informed, we quote a 'representative' verse from each of the 114 Suras, from the 6,348 verses whole. Comments are contained in (parenthesis). We begin! Qur’an
Synopsis
"1.1": All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. (This short Sura [Chapter] praises Allah and belittles those first given righteousness [Jews and Christians].) “2.35 “: And We said: O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in the garden and eat from it a plenteous wherever you wish and do not approach this tree, . . .” (Gen. 3:3) (Thus, we find all three monotheistic institutions to have Eden beginnings: the birthplace of Judaic, Messianic, and Islamic metaphysics. It might be useful to define ‘metaphysics’ as a study ‘beyond physics,’ a philosophy branch dealing with intangible reality: i.e., historically posited ideas unproven by scientific analysis or experiment.) “2.113“: - "2.286": And the Jews say: The Christians do not follow anything (good, bw) and the Christians say: The Jews do not follow anything (good, bw) while they recite the Book (Bible, bw) . . . . Allah does not impose upon any soul a duty but to the extent of its ability; . . . (Qur’an Sura 2 speaks ill of Judeo-Christian disaffection and offers Islam as the true theism. In so doing, believers are not duty bound to honor all Bible scripture.) "3.7": He it is Who has revealed the Book to you; some of its verses are decisive, they are the basis of the Book (Bible, bw), and others are allegorical; . . . but none knows its interpretation except Allah, (Here, text reaffirms the option to ignore particular scripture. Questions are raised as to whether [Book] reference is to Qur’an or Bible. If the Qur’an debuted 10 or 20 years later, then ‘Book,’ allegorically, must be referenced to the Bible.) "4.23": Forbidden to you are your mothers and your daughters and your sisters and your paternal aunts and your maternal aunts and brothers' daughters and sisters' daughters and your mothers that have suckled you and your foster-sisters and mothers of your wives and your step-daughters who are in your guardianship and of your wives to whom you have gone in, but if you have not gone in to them, there is no blame on you . . . Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Rules for taking wives and giving inheritance are set down.) "5.33": - "5.51": The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His apostle and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; . . . O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; (Now we discover Islam’s true nature; mayhem and torture are justified; thus, peace and idealized ethos are impossible for Islam believers.) "6.74": And when Ibrahim said to his sire, Azar (Terah, bw): Do you take idols for gods? Surely I see you and your people in manifest error. (Abraham’s progeny [Jews and Christians], in last sentence, are accused as idolators.) "7.40": Surely those who reject Our communications and turn away . . . haughtily, the doors of heaven shall not be opened for them, nor shall they enter the garden until the camel pass through the eye of the needle; (Mt. 19:24) (Analogy is to Bible scripture and reference to several Bible principals.) "8.65": O Prophet! urge the believers (Islam adherents, bw) to war; if there are twenty patient ones of you they shall overcome two hundred, and if there are a hundred of you they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are a people who do not understand. (Mohammed calls for war upon those descendants referenced as slaves [Israel] under Pharaoh.) "9.18": - "9.29": - "9.111": Only he (Islam believers, bw) shall visit the mosques of Allah who believes in Allah and the latter day, . . . Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, . . . Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain . . . and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? (Today, the caveat remains; the perceived Holy Land is strictly prohibited to infidels, on penalty of death. Allah followers are expected to slay and be slain.) "10.68": They say: Allah has taken a son! Glory be to Him (Allah, bw): He is the Self-sufficient: His is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth; you have no authority for this; do you say against Allah what you do not know? (Jesus is reduced to prophet rather than God-son.) "11.72": She said: O wonder! shall I bear a son when I am an extremely old woman and this my husband an extremely old man? Most surely this is a wonderful thing. (While Sura 11 is mostly about faith as demonstrated in Hebrews 11, we encounter Sara’s consternation about conceiving at an advanced age [Genesis 18:12]) "12.25": And they both (Joseph plus Potiphar’s wife, bw) hastened to the door, and she rent his shirt from behind and they met her husband at the door. She said: What is the punishment of him who intends evil . . . ? (In Sura 12, we read about Joseph’s betrayal by his 11 brothers and by Potiphar’s wife. [Genesis 39:12]) "13.37": And thus have We revealed it, a true judgment in Arabic, and if you follow their low desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you shall not have against Allah any guardian or a protector. (Here, we arrive vis à vis with Qu’ran theme: repeated denigration of the Twelve Tribes’ failure to obey God-law.) "14.24": Have you not considered how Allah sets forth a parable of a good word like a good tree, whose root is firm and whose branches are in heaven . . . (Mt. 7:17) (Israel is depicted as Satan follower and ignoring God beneficence.) "15.94": Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists. (Sura 15 encourages believers and defames Judeo-Christian polytheism.) "16.81": And Allah has made for you of what He has created shelters, and He has given you in the mountains places of retreat, and He has given you garments to preserve you from the heat and coats of mail to preserve you in your fighting; . . . (Sura 16 urges gratitude for God beneficence; it also advocates peaceful existence among Islamics while oppositely condoning violence and encouraging attacks against unbelievers.) "17.111": And say: praise is due to Allah, Who has not taken a son and Who has not a partner in the kingdom, . . . (Sura 17 continues to berate Hebrew faith and deny Jesus as son of God.) "18.94": They said: O Zulqarnain (Cyrus The Persian, bw)! surely Gog and Magog make mischief in the land. Shall we then pay you a tribute on condition that you should raise a barrier between us and them. (The Ezekiel 38:2 adversary is mentioned here, mistakenly uses Gog and Magog [as do Christians] instead of Gog from Magog.) "19.20": She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste? (Lk. 1:34) (In this Sura, John the Baptist is praised as is his father Zacharias--as a prelude to Mary’s betrothal, expectation, and Jesus’ birth. Other Bible principals are recognized as prophets.) "20.117": So We said: O Adam! This is an enemy to you and to your wife; therefore let him not drive you both forth from the garden so that you should be unhappy; (Iblis, the serpent, is accused as template for 12 Tribes recalcitrance.) "21.93": And they broke their religion between them: to Us shall all come back. (Reference is to Judeo-Christian division; Islam is posited as the one true religion.) "22.39": Permission is given to those upon whom war is made because they are oppressed, and most surely Allah is well able to assist them; (This Sura denies peace as a prerequisite, and other verses describe 12 Tribe disbelief as a punishment incentive.) "23.52": And surely this your religion is one religion and I am your Lord, therefore be careful to Me. (This rambling Sura typifies illiterate appeals to even more illiterate peoples: repetitiously, it condemns certain Bible principles and praises Islam followers.) "24.2": As to the fornicatress and the fornicator, flog each of them, a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you in the matter of obedience to Allah, "24.31": And say to the believing women that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts and do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms, (Perception of sexuality defined—instructions for proper woman behavior and punishment for indiscretions.) "25.45": Have you not considered your Lord, how He extends the shade? And if He had pleased He would certainly have made it stationary; (Typically, Qur’anic disregard for physical science defines contemporary intellectuality and indifference to natural order.) "26.32": So he cast down his rod, and lo! it was an obvious serpent, (This Sura dwells on the acts and accomplishments attributed to Moses and Noah, with advice to Islam.) "27.69": Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. (Remarkably, Omar speaks of Solomon, Queen of Sheba, Lot, homosexuals, reward for believers; persistently, he slanders Israeli Hebrews.) "28.19": So when he desired to seize him who was an enemy to them both, he said: O Musa! do you intend to kill me as you killed a person yesterday? (Ex. 2:14) (Again, Moses is mentioned as in many other Suras. Repetitious promises of reward for righteousness [Muslims] and punishment for unbelievers [Jew and Christian infidels].) "29.41": The parable of those who take guardians besides Allah is as the parable of the spider that makes for itself a house; (Impermanence of spider web compared with Judeo-Christian insecurity.) "30.31": Turning to Him, and be careful of Him and keep up prayer and be not of the polytheists (Admonitions to righteousness continues, as does castigation of idolators [12 tribes progeny and Christians]). "31.4": Those who keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and they are certain of the hereafter. (In continuing diatribe, the Qur’an prescribes believer benevolence and denounces Judeo-Christian inattention to perceived Allah duty.)
"32.23": And certainly We gave the Book (Pentateuch, bw) to Musa, so be not in doubt concerning the receiving of it, and We made it a guide for the children of Israel. (Again, we notice Moses as Bible [Book] recipient and Islam’s thematic condemnation of Israel.)
"33.61": Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (terrible, bw) murdering. (This Sura addresses rights as they might pertain to wives and women captured in battle—but over all is submission to Allah and unmerciful condemnation of disbelievers [Judeo-Christian infidels].)
"34.31": And those who disbelieve say: By no means will we believe in this Qur’an, nor in that which is before it; (Thematically, Israel is abased as disbeliever in both Christian and Islam admonishments and is eternally condemned.)
"35.36": And those who disbelieve, for them is the fire of hell; it shall not be finished with them entirely so that they should die, nor shall the chastisement thereof be lightened to them: even thus do We retribute every ungrateful one. (‘We’ are the servants of God, the believers; subtly, we discover the dire fate awaiting Islam opposition.)
"36.66": And if We please We would certainly put out their eyes, then they would run about groping for the way, but how should they see? (Disbelievers, who have the Bible, are condemned to a hell consistent with disbelief. This Sura continues to elucidate the punishment promised for Judeo-Christian and other disbelief.)
"37.58": Is it then that we are not going to die (die again, bw). (The popular hell-heaven afterlife perception is posited with the same ‘second death’ concept taught by Christians.)
"38.35": He said: My Lord! do Thou forgive me and grant me a kingdom, which is not fit for anyone after me; (Sulaiman [Solomon] is said to own a Kingdom not inheritable, diminished instead to Israel house and Judah house division [Divided Kingdom]).
"39.70": And every soul shall be paid back fully what it has done, (Islam teaches responsibility for irresponsibility—demands compliance or retribution.)
"40.22": That was because there came to them their apostles with clear arguments, but they rejected (them, bw), (Clearly, context is to the 12 Tribes and Messianic Apostles.)
"41.16": So We sent on them a furious wind in unlucky days, that We may make them taste the chastisement of abasement in this world's life; (This passage refers to Ad and Samood transgressions; a reference to punishment for not adhering to Islam. Qur’an verbiage is repeated over and over again.)
"42.52": And thus did We reveal to you an inspired book by Our command. You did not know what the Book (Bible, bw) was, nor the faith , but We made it a light, guiding thereby whom We please of Our servants; (The Bible is praised as inspired though unattended by Jews.)
"43.36": And whoever turns himself away from the remembrance of the Beneficent God, We appoint for him a Shaitan (Satan, bw), so he becomes his associate. (Here, omnipotence represents the God figure, as oft posited; and Israeli disaffection is continually reminded to be Satanist.)
"44.56": They shall not taste therein death except the first death, (Revelation 20:14: ‘second death’ is again acknowledged in ‘first death’ exception to another death.)
"45.32": And when it was said, Surely the promise of Allah is true and as for the hour, there is no doubt about it, you said: We do not know what the hour is; we do not think save a passing thought, and we are not at all sure. (Luke 12:40 sets the stage for this passage and Israel’s surety disregard.)
"46.10": Say: Have you considered if it is from Allah, and you disbelieve in it, and a witness from among the children of Israel has borne witness of one like it, so he believed, while you are big with pride; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people. (Mohammed praises Qur’an integrity and shames Israeli arrogance.)
"47.4": So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks (with swords, bw) until when you have overcome them, then make prisoners, and afterwards either set them free as a favor or let them ransom until the war terminates. (If one thinks Islam to be a ‘religion of peace,’ let him read Sura 47. The Sura is titled “Mohammad.” This Sura actually says to ‘smite off the heads,’ and those captured are to be either held for ransom or released after the war.)
"48.29": Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah, and those with him are firm of heart against the unbelievers, (Mohammad is equated with Jesus and Messianic Apostles.)
"49.17": They think that they lay you under an obligation by becoming Muslims. Say: Lay me not under obligation by your Islam: rather Allah lays you under an obligation by guiding you to the faith if you are truthful. ([They] desert tribesmen who convert to Islam are not to receive special favor.)
"50.5": Nay, they rejected the truth when it came to them, so they are in a state of confusion. (Israel tribesmen are defamed in almost every Chapter [Sura]).
"51.52": Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. (Warning to those who ridicule the likes of Noah, Moses, Hud, and Salih. The latter two belonged to Arab tribes of Ad and Thamud [Samood].)
"52.15": Is it magic then or do you not see? (Admonishment to the unfaithful and encouragement to the faithful.)
"53.27": Most surely they who do not believe in the hereafter name the angels with female names. (Low esteem for females is entered; punishment for unfavorable beliefs is compared to fate of fathers.)
"54.2": And if they see a miracle they turn aside and say: Transient magic. “54:32” We have made the Qur’an easy for admonition, and to understand, (Warnings to beware the signs and Allah’s greatness. Qur’an simplicity stated.)
"55.30": Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? (Repeated over thirty-five times in this Sura, this passage follows each ‘beatitude’ entry.)
"56.1": When the great event comes to pass, (Resurrection rewards and punishments for life activity are exposited.)
"57.26": And certainly We sent Nuh and Ibrahim (Noah and Abraham, bw) and We gave to their offspring the prophecy and the Book (Bible, bw); so there are among them those who go aright, and most of them are transgressors. (The right way is proposed in contrast to 12 Tribe’s adversarial nature.)
"58.19": The Shaitan has gained the mastery over them, so he has made them forget the remembrance of Allah; they are the Shaitan's party; (Judeo-Christian dishonor rightfully described as the Shaitan, Satan condition.)
"59.1": Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth declares the glory of Allah, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. (This Sura rings with praises to Allah.)
"60.13": O you who believe! do not make friends with a people with whom Allah is wroth; indeed they despair of the hereafter as the unbelievers despair of those in tombs. (Sura theme typifies Jewish doubt of resurrection and comparable Christian polytheism; also marriage rights are appointed as they might apply to unbeliever entanglements.)
"61.4": Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way in ranks as if they were a firm and compact wall. (Though allegorical, this apparent call to violence appeals to many.)
"62.4": That is Allah's grace; He grants it to whom He pleases, (In haste to denigrate Jew disbelievers, the Qur’an author misinterprets ‘grace’ as does his two monotheistic predecessors. We are reminded of a quote from St. Augustine’s letter to a friend: “I know what Grace is until you ask me; but when you ask me, I do not know.”)
"63.4": They are the enemy, therefore beware of them; may Allah destroy them, whence are they turned back? (Unequivocally, enemies are posited as Allah disbelievers.)
"64.9": On the day that He will gather you for the day of gathering, that is the day of loss and gain; and whoever believes in Allah and does good, He will remove from him his evil and cause him to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide therein forever; that is the great achievement. (Not much different from Christian belief.)
"65.12": Allah is He Who created seven heavens and as many earths, (Sura includes rules for divorce and pregnancy—refers to unexplained seven heavens and earths. These are explained in Ben Winter’s THE GREAT DECEPTION: Symbols And Numbers Clarified.)
"66.7": O you who disbelieve! do not urge excuses today; you shall be rewarded only according to what you did. (Reiteration of call to service and punishment for failure.)
"67.3": Who created the seven heavens one above another; you see no incongruity in the creation of the Beneficent God; then look again, can you see any disorder? (Again, we have reference to seven heavens, each advanced in God perfection.)
"68.48": So wait patiently for the judgment of your Lord, and be not like the companion of the fish, when he cried while in distress. (Reference to Jonah [1:17] and the whale.)
"69.2": What is the sure calamity! (Allah disbelief is posited as sure punishment for infidels believing their activity to be hidden.)
"70.19": Surely man is created of a hasty temperament (Such temperament is accredited to all except believers—the keepers of Qur’an dictates.)
"71.1": Surely We sent Nuh (Noah, bw) to his people, saying: Warn your people before there come upon them a painful chastisement. (Repeatedly, Suras caution against demeanor shown by Noah’s adversaries.)
"72.26": The Knower of the unseen! so He does not grant predominance to any, (Hidden things are placed beyond sentient awareness of Israel—also, apologetic for Islam.)
"73.2": Rise to pray in the night except a little, (Instructions to pray half the night, or a little less—and read utilitarian verse from the Qur’an.)
"74.3": And your Lord do magnify, (Caveats to the faithful are reiterated.)
"75.1": Nay! I swear by the day of resurrection. (Warning to beware the coming resurrection and judgment.)
"76.1": There surely came over man a period of time when he was a thing not worth mentioning. (Jews are highlighted in this thinly veiled denigration; their destruction is ordained contemporaneous with Islam believer salvation.)
"77.7": Most surely what you are threatened with must come to pass. (Woe to those who reject Allah.)
"78.33": And young maidens, equals in age, (Sura recounts benefits for males who guard against evil.)
"79.1" - .2" - .3": I call to witness those groups of beings, who perform their duties . . . And those who exert themselves vigorously, . . . And those who steer their course swiftly and skillfully, (Continued warning of reward and punishment.)
"80.1": He frowned and turned back, (Here, in parable, unbelievers are promised just punishment for disbelief in Allah.)
"81.8" - .9": And when the female infant buried alive is asked For what sin she was killed? (Another example of poor regard for females. As a reflection of uncivilized behavior, this typical attitude casts aspersions on Arab decency.)
"82.9": Nay! but you give the lie to the judgment day, (Reluctance to admit a judgment day is thrown in the face of unbelief.)
"83.29": Surely they who are guilty used to laugh at those who believe. (Continued denigration of Judeo-Christian haughtiness and fall to condemnation.)
"84.22": Nay! those who disbelieve give the lie to the truth. (These receive chastisement while the faithful gain reward.)
"85.11": Surely those who believe and do good, they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow, that is the great achievement. (Often reiterated paradise for believers.)
"86.9": On the day when hidden things shall be made manifest, (Unbelievers will be without strength or a helper.)
"87.6": We will make you recite so you shall not forget, (Here, we find incentive for the Qur’an memorizing feats mandatory in jihadic madrassas [Holy War schools]. Also, Abraham and Moses scripture is posited as a guide to afterlife reward.)
"88.1": Has not there come to you the news of the overwhelming calamity? (Believers compare Judgment and resurrection disbelief with richness inheritable.)
"89.30": And enter into My garden. (Unbeliever is given examples of Allah retribution and is cautioned against excess.)
"90.5": Does he think that no one has power over him? (Allah omnipotence posited.)
"91.13": So Allah's apostle said to them do not forbid Allah's she-camel, and give her drink. (Service to Allah is demanded beyond interference from other activity.)
"92.12": Surely Ours is it to show the way, (Caution against niggardliness.)

"97.5": Peace! it is till the break of the morning. (Mohammed’s revelation cited.)

"99.6": On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. (Resurrection and judgment status is falsely projected to depend on works.)

We conclude our critique of transliterated text. Yet, particulars beg comment and are briefly set forth in the following. Much has been written about Mohammed’s life, Qur’an origins, and Sura utility; but legal-historical evaluations, pertaining to the intangible, have opinion only to sustain their eminence. Without question, Sharif Omar and subsequent enthusiasts defend a legal-historical intangibility, a blemish on credibility. Thus, we discover Islam feasibility must arise from historical evidence; and on history it must depend, for religion acceptability can never spring from present circumstance.
Mohammed fought against impossible odds and forced the world to concede his immortality--in name if not in heavenly spirit. His indecorous death occurred in the midst of a recurring fever in A.D. 632. Allegedly, he would become ill after visionary bouts with the biblical messenger, Gabriel. Scribes are said to have refused much of his ranting. In any event, Qur’an text depended on Bible principals and example; and Mohammed’s introduction occurred amidst Judeo-Christian-Pagan squabbles over Kaa’ba supremacy.
Qur’an theme revolves around Allah praise and Judeo-Christian defamation. War booty was permissible, and women were considered as chattel only. Sura 81.8 - .9 depicts a first century familiarity, where culpable men are to be questioned about female Muslim infants buried alive. Sura 3.7 pretty well categorizes woman status: “The desired things in life are women, sons, gold and silver, well-bred horses, cattle and tilth; but being in Allah’s heaven is better.” What? Are these desires to all sexes? Are women to assume horse and cattle status while males bask in heavenly comfort? Muslim males may adopt Ruler of Mecca names, but females are denied such homage or honor. Survived by a daughter only, Fatima, Mohammed expired; and males who adopt names from Ruler of Mecca nominates must trace such title through the female eminence, Fatima. So much for chauvinist pretense! Muslim women pay lip service to, or bow to, this denigration! We might ask: What do women desire from martyrdom--when males expect service from 70 young virgins? Revealing Mohammed’s true nature, legal-historical documents accredit him with as many as seventy wives; yet, Qur’an text limits wives to four!
It might be apropos to note the many anti-American, New Age culturists--who favor Muslim nominatives over paternal American names—paying homage to the original slave marketeers. Islam is given undue merit, abetted by a fickle Black hierarchy! When exposed to liberal rote, we should beware the apologetics propagandized by Leftwing zealots, Islam fanatics, and Political opportunists. Islam religion represents the same unmerciful philosophy practiced by Mohammed, his bloodthirsty successors, and silent but vast numbers sacrificed over the past 1400 years. Sadly, intellectual and illiterate, mature and immature, are susceptible to metaphysical unknowns and therefore to Islam’s exorbitant toll.
Western civilization’s greatest danger derives from Islam’s secret dedication to world conquest. But Islam’s legal-historical standing is frozen in time, and Qur’an verse must stand alone in its preachment. To the informed, Qur’an meanings cannot be ameliorated or supplanted by propagandist or pseudointellectual ad-lib; meanings are constant.
Context has been fairly critiqued--and Islam’s message is alarming--confirmed in near and distant history. Persistently, the Qur’an urges martyrdom, elevates Islam manhood, degrades Muslim females, and ignites the most ignoble of human emotions.
